Where does the data come from?
We index publicly accessible business information from company websites, news articles, public directories, registries, and regulatory filings. Each record carries a link to its public source.
How does this fit with my existing provider?
Upload an email list to exclude specific contacts, or upload company domains to exclude those companies. Then search for people beyond your existing coverage and export the contacts you want.
How are emails verified?
Emails are verified before entering the index, and you can re-verify at export. Verification is a quality check, not a guarantee that every future message will be delivered.
What does a source URL tell me?
It identifies the public page where we found the information. You can open it to check the person’s role, company, and the surrounding context.
When are credits charged?
Revealing a new contact costs 1 credit when an email or phone number is provided. Contacts you have already revealed in Datasigma are not charged again. Exports reserve credits upfront and refund unused credits and previously revealed contacts after processing. Uploading an exclusion list keeps matching contacts out of search results; it does not mark them as previously revealed.
