1.What Data We Hold
Datasigma holds business contact data only: names, roles, business email addresses, and business phone numbers, indexed from publicly accessible web sources — company websites, business registries, public directories, and regulatory filings.
- No consumer, financial, or special-category data
- No purchased or resold lists — we index public sources ourselves
- Every record links to the public page where the information was found
2.Our Lawful Basis
For B2B business-contact data we rely on legitimate interest as our lawful basis for processing under the GDPR and equivalent laws. We provide the notice required by Article 14 GDPR for data collected from sources other than the data subject, and we balance our processing against the rights and interests of the people concerned — which is why every record is source-cited and removal is honoured on request.
The full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3.Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If you would like your information removed from the Datasigma index, submit a removal request and we will process it within 30 days and suppress the record so it is not re-indexed.
4.Data Subject Requests
Wherever you are located, you can exercise the following rights over personal data we hold about you:
- Access — ask what data we hold about you and where it came from
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data from the index
- Objection — object to our processing of your data
Email us with your name and the email address or record concerned. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
