1. One-Off Dataset Purchases
Due to the nature of our digital data products, all sales of one-off datasets are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for datasets once they have been purchased and accessed. We encourage you to review all available information about a dataset before completing your purchase.
2. Annually Pre-Paid Subscription Plans
For subscription plans where the full annual term has been paid upfront, we offer a partial refund under specific conditions:
- If you choose to cancel your subscription within the first three (3) months of your initial subscription period, you are eligible for a 60% refund of the total amount paid for that annual subscription term.
- Cancellations made after the first three (3) months of the subscription period are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Calculation Example:
Let's say you subscribed to our "Monthly Updates" plan, which is priced at $295 per month and billed annually, making the total annual cost $3,540 ($295 * 12).
If you decide to cancel this annual subscription within the first three months:
- Total amount paid: $3,540
- Eligible refund percentage: 60%
- Refund amount: 0.60 * $3,540 = $2,124
You would receive a refund of $2,124.
